All Sports Cafe

Foods great and everyone I know loves it, but I have been here 4 times and not once have I gotten good service. Usually about 15-30 minutes before someone even comes to our table, another 30-60 minutes before an appetizer shows up, about the same for the food. Others around us seem to get better service, so maybe it’s just me…

One of the best places in town for wings! If you happen to be there on a Saturday, I definitely encourage you to try the Dirty Balls (imagine deep fried Buffalo chicken dip 🤤) I enjoy the relaxed, local sports bar vibe. Great place to go with friends, family or even by yourself (I'm sure you'll find someone to conversate with if ya sit at the bar)

Wait over 30 minutes for a drink at bar. Bad management to schedule one bartender for bar and restaurant on a Friday night Wait over an hour for food and longer for one to go placed at same time. Seriously went down hill at this place. Used to love it. Multiple times of this now. Will be going elsewhere. Feel bad for the staff working. They are great.

Called several times to place a Togo order for French fries and got no answer. So went in to order, stood at the bar waiting to be helped for about 10/15 minutes. No one acknowledge to me. So I just left. During that time the phone rung at least 3 to 4 times and the waitress was on the register doing something ringing up someone putting in order I'm not sure but kept picking up the phone and hanging it backup. She looked pretty busy but there were also several other employees that were standing around and just running up to her telling her what a customer needed. Instead of giving her a hand and helping her answer the phone and at least put someone on hold. Or helping other customers while she was in the middle of doing what she was doing. I just think this whole experience was uncalled for and could have been dealt a different way. Understand the busyness but it could have been handled different.

Quite annoying to come in with a party of 20 from a ball game and be told we cant be served.. We completely understood that it would take a while to serve us and would have just drank while waiting but weren't allowed to. We were told we would have to sit 5 every 20 mins... thank goodness for other places in salem!
