I know with the onset of Covid etc that it's difficult to meet demand for the customers. However cleanliness is an issue in the dinning room, and more often than not the cashier isn't that friendly. Again I do understand the stress and the demands of Food Service, I manage my own store, but there is room for improvement.

Luke warm food every time we come. We travel an hour to Rolla and love this restaurant and there aren't that many around anymore but I wish they'd take the time to make it when I order instead of, what tastes like, food fried earlier and put in a warmer. The kids are all nice that work here though.

It was really really horrible the fish was full grease and really old like they dip it to warm up me and wife got fish shrimp platter spouse be fryes and coleslaw and hushpuppys and fryes but got like 10 hr old puppy's well never go back there again traveling thr ft smith Arkansas so much better they care about there customers not here give 0 star's bad we spent 25 dollars had throw away them both NASTY. 😢

Sigh...ok,order was wrong,gave extra chicken instead of fish...and see the pictures for dissapointing samples of that fish and chicken we were served. I think this is another restaurant that will be closing very soon. Just sad. I guess i should be more upset,especially me paying over $36 for a family meal. Fish also tasted old. Same with chicken. Do not recommend this particular LJS in Rolla.

Dirty place. Bathroom floor super greasy and slick. Food was ok but served on paper plates. Most of the staff was standing around. The lady we interacted with was nice and friendly.

I use the drive-thru here, mostly. The people here are friendly and the food is always good. Never had an issue with food quality.

Food was great. And it was totally awesome to be able to go inside and sit down to eat. Been a couple of years since we could do that. Dining room was trashed. Must of had a tour bus. One thru just before us. NO MORE DRIVE THRU!!!!

Great place, never so busy that you have to wait very long, the manager is very friendly. The prices are expensive, though.
