Arby's

Super friendly and accommodating. Staff was so nice. Its been a long time since I went inside an Arbys. First time visiting this particular one. Staff was so nice. I was actually pleasantly surprised at all of the extra positive things at this arbys. I was just passing thru this town and decided to stop to bring sone food back to my house.. about an hour away but there are no Arbys near me.. I would have to say that EVERYTHING was spot on. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Wrote on a napkin a :) and thank you. I ordered a bigger order than most normal visits but I have to say that there wasn't one mistake....food was delicious....and the note goes a long way. The little things that shows appreciation . Thank you ARBY'S STAFF!!!

I am not going to say to avoid this place. Food is usually good, and customer service is a hit or miss, but nothing too annoying to keep me away. The major downfall at this location is that when I want to modify something, they usually tell me they can't do it or I get a bit of an attitude. For example, I asked for little salt on my fries. Otherwise, they overdo it, and I am told they can't do that or I will ask for something on the side, and they can't seem to do that. I know it's not the end of the world, but it would be nice if they could accommodate a little . The location on Arden Way in Sac. Awesome place for customer service.

It's fast food, yes. However, the food is always hot, tasty and I've got nothing to complain about (besides the music being a tad loud sometimes). The staff is extremely friendly, happy and pretty much always absolutely accurate on the order. This specific location is always extremely clean, to the point where you could wear white gloves, wipe the window sills and not find hardly any dust. The tables are spotless, the floors are very nice (for a fast food joint). Don't expect the Taj Mahal, but do expect probably the best tasting, cleanest and most friendly rapid food establishment in the area. I come here usually once, sometimes twice or thrice a week and have never been disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting an Arby's for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. The chicken 'Diablo' sandwich I ordered was juicy and flavorful, and my side of fries were cooked to perfection. The staff was very helpful and friendly, offering to help me with my order and answering my questions. I was also impressed by how quickly my order was ready. I would definitely recommend Arby's to anyone looking for a delicious and fast meal.
