Taco Bell

Having worked at a Taco Bell for 3 years, I have developed a very low expectation for any of the chain's stores. I have observed enough of lazy attitude at my job and made (a rather safe) assumptions that all Taco Bells are the same. I couldn't be forced to go eat out at a Taco Bell because I just knew it wouldn't be good. From service to food prep, I always thought all Taco Bells sucks. Yesterday was the first time I willingly decided to give it a chance. That was only because this store has an unusually high rating. 4.1 stars is very high for a Taco Bell. Needless to say, they got themselves a consistent customer. From placing the order, to payment, to receiving my food and eating it, everything was nothing short of excellent. I think I spent under 3 minutes in the drive through. These guys work swiftly and efficiently. This Taco Bell is definitely on a different level, and I'm really glad to discover it. I love Taco Bell food but never trusted any store to serve me right. I hope this store continues their efforts and I hope more people will acknowledge their outstanding work! So glad that a great Taco Bell store like this is just 5 minutes away from my work!

The workers have good customer service skills. One thing though is that they don’t always get your order right which is understandable because some of the employees here are high school students. Happy hour ($1 drinks) is from 2pm-5pm for drinks only. The building is a clean place, very nice and updated and it smells clean. The bathrooms are also clean. Parking is plenty and there are no trash laying around on the ground. The landscaping is also very pleasant and well maintained. The drive through is tight, it’s very narrow! Some cars have scrapped their way through at some point in time. Especially bigger vehicles. Also, every so often you will get a very, very rude person/customer who just doesn’t care about manners, other customers and are so entitled! They of course are immature and lack self control. The place can get loud and rowdy at times. Some people I tell you! The pay here starts at about $16hr then it goes up from there depending on the position you work. But compared to other fast food places nearby, their pay starts a little higher.
