Dickey's Barbecue Pit

The packaging was messy when I got it and they shorted me meat on the family meal. Also the two guys working the kitchen and dishing the food weren't wearing hats or hair coverings. I know they probably justify it because they both have short hair but you loose just as much short hair as long hair in a day, it's just harder to see. I'd prefer no hair, long or short.

My wife and I went to this restaurant today and ordered two classic sandwich plates for $9.99 each. The total was $24.95 which seemed high. I then looked at my receipt and they charged me $11.45 for each sandwich. I asked why the price wasn't correct and he told me that it was due to tax. Which was incorrect because tax was on the receipt in a different location. He then shows me how his system works and told me the price increases due to an increase in Minimum Wage. He then proceeds to take our food and throw it across the back of the restaurant. As we walked out he screams at us "ITS TWO F***** DOLLARS". At this point I still have the $25 charge on my bank account and don't believe the refund will be processed.

Service was great, but the last few times we've been here everything from the rolls, cheddar sausage , mac and cheese have been terrible. Sausage looks day old and is tough. Rolls were super hard, and the Mac and cheese just overdone. This location used to be amazing. Like I said service was great, fast and nice workers but quality has gone down hill.

This location is EXTREMELY dirty with food caked on all the machines and floor in the kitchen and caked on soda on the all the fountain drink dispensers. Itblooks like the place hasn't been properly cleaned in a while. Also, the to go orders have significantly less meat than the same orders for those who dine in. Then, to top it off I got home and some of my sides were missing. I'm so disappointed. Had this been my first experience at a Dickey's I'd never return to another one. I would recommend any other Dickey's and stay clear of this location.

First time trying Dickey’s and I used a delivery service called Postmates. The food looked so good in their pictures, ordered something simple.. the baked potato with shredded brisket and selected all the toppings plus paid extra for more cheese. I was all excited to try it and when it arrived it did not look anything like the pic, the potato was Crunchy -not cooked through at all, and it was missing most of the toppings I selected that I wanted. For $10 I was expecting some decent brisket chunks.. several mostly fat chunks and not very tasty. Disappointing
