I came in at 8:30pm on 5/21/2022. I had 2 turkey sandwiches made, on Italian Herb & Cheese bread. The the turkey seemed odd to me as she was making my sandwich, it wasn’t your normal white color thin cut turkey they normally have. It was very thick dark colored, looked unappealing. The Italian bread was completely burnt. I also ordered two white chocolate raspberry cookies, that were hard & tasted unpleasant. Once I got the sandwiches home, the bread was as hard as a rock, the turkey itself had an odd flavor, almost had a smoked ham flavor… it was not good what so ever. We ended up throwing both sandwiches away & eating cereal instead. So I called the store this morning & talked to the manager, she told me sorry but there was nothing she could do!!? That next time I come in, which I won’t be, herself or another employee could make my sandwiches… it wasn’t the employees fault, it was the food itself! I asked if I could get a refund, & she told me “unfortunately no because you don’t have the sandwiches or the receipt” which the receipt was not given to me when I left. But I’m sure their cameras & computer system could speak for my “receipt” that was not given to me at 8:30pm at night. Poor customer service, & from a manager too! I don’t blame the girl who made my sandwiches what so ever, it was Subways Food being poor.

I visited this Subway location on 2/20/22 and was appalled by the conditions. Firstly, it appears as though only one person was working. Steven, the employee, did his best but that’s besides my point. It is disturbing to me that this location’s management would schedule one person to work ,what I’m assuming is, a closing shift. I dont know if this is a normal thing for places nowadays, but its safe to say I will not be visiting this location again. Do better Subway.

Don't get me wrong, I like subway, but this location needs work. Ordered curbside pickup and followed all the instructions on the app cluding checking in, but sat and waited. Tried calling the store several times, but no one ever picked up. And I was patient. I didn't keep redialing. I waited in between each dial in case they were busy. As I saw people come and go, not a lot, I finally mustard the strength to go in myself. I'm handicapped by the way and have trouble walking. Which is why I ordered curbside. When I went in and told them I ordered a curbside order, the girl just pointed to the pickup rack. I grab my food and made my way back to my car. It was there I realized they never gave me any chips that I ordered. So once again I cautiously made my way back inside where I grabbed my own chips. I actually only grabbed what I ordered, but I think the guy that was working I could tell how annoyed I was because I could have cleared out the whole rack of chips and that guy wouldn't even look at me. So once again, I make my way out to my car. Get home to find out they also forgot the cookies I ordered and didn't follow the ordering instructions for the two footlongs I ordered. Maybe they were just having a bad day. But I don't understand why they had to make it my bad day!

Went to subway yesterday to purchase drinks. There was a lady with a necklace saying Emily on it and she stared at me while I waited. There was no line and she didn't help me for 30 mins. I work at the ups store next door and I needed to buy a juice cause my sugar levels were dropping. There was another employee I saw, and he didn't help either. He made online orders very slowly with the lady Emily. After 30 mins, I left, I'm sorry but normally when I go to buy a drink here it's always quick. Plus I wasn't on my lunch break. I'm sorry but this a 1 star for me.

Everything I come here something is broken or they are out of certain items. I know we are in a pandemic and sometimes stuff like this happens but it seem to me when I go to other subways they don't have similar issues. Save your self some disappointment and go to another subway. Management is not good here.

Today I went to Subway today thinking that I was going to get this delicious Autumn Carved Turkey sandwich. Well the expectation was not met when I ordered the sandwich. I told the guy that it looked no where near what the advertisement in his store offered. The picture showed two layers of meat. He said your not the first person to say that. I'm like...HELLO!!!! That is false advertisement. There is no stipulations saying that this was not double meat. The girl next to him wouldn't give me her bosses number to fix the situation, and the lady behind me was also pissed that the they did not make the sandwich like promised in the picture. So I called customer service telling them of the situation and to let the owner know that this is wrong, and he needs to make it right. Lets see in a few days if they can fix the wrong doing. I would of given you five stars if the meat was filled like the picture. I finished the sandwich and sad to say I was still hungry :( Tasty but still hungry.....where is the meat that the picture promised?????? Have a great day, Matthew Continued....So now it's December 27 2017 and still haven't heard back from Subway. I've now passed your business many times on my way to Ralphs and I will always be reminded of the poor quality of service and disappointing amount of meat that the advertisement promised. So my news year resolution will be to cook at home. Thank you Subway for helping me to stop eating from the streets. Happy Holidays and Happy New Years. I hope one day you guys can fix the situation. You've lost this customer forever.

I don’t recall the night I went in but the young man brian and young woman panino gave me excellent service and were very polite and professional. I hope that every time I come in I have at least one of those fine subway employees assisting me. They sough out to make sure I had my sandwich exactly how I liked it and I was not disappointed. Definitely will be returning to this location a lot.
