Fiesta Ole

My friend and I both ordered salads and these were amazing salads. I eat low card and she is gluten free. We knew our options would be limited but this place surprised both of us with how good our salads were! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, the decor was really cute, the entire restaurant was super clean and the food was bomb! Highly recommend this place!

There are no hours of operation posted anywhere in or on the building (we checked)- Google says 10 pm is when they close. We waited over 20 minutes for an order for 2 people. They finally brought our food to our table at 8 pm and were told that they close at 8 and that we needed to leave because they needed to close the lobby. We were not informed prior to ordering that the lobby was closing or what time they closed. The girl never greeted us or asked us what we wanted to order, she only told me the total when it was time to pay. So we are pretty mad... so we left- we should have stayed anyways. Now that they are "closed" she's just standing at the counter on her phone, eating. We will not be revisiting any locations as this is not the first time that we have received substandard customer service.

Food is good none the less, bit service could seriously use improvement from whe thus location first opened, took me 20 or so minutes before drive through got my order and even then they till got my order mixed up, guys n gals who act like they've barely been trained as well as I watched the guy bounce from the front to the back tryin to get everyone's orders, I used to go there quite frequently but it has slowed severely cause customer service n amount of crew has become quite a joke.
