Carvel

Dont shop here unless you wanna pay higher prices than other Carvels. I called ahead because I wanted to know if they had the size cake I needed. I was quoted a price and when I came in I was shown two different shaped cakes. I'm assuming they are the same price just different shapes. I pick, she writes on the cake and she tells me the price, its 10 dollars more. I, of course object and she gets her manager and he tells me I can either take the cake or go to another store after admitting his employee made a mistake. Friendly and helpful, RIGHT! Well I go to the union turnpike store. I was greeted with a smile and more options. The cake they gave me was priced 15 dollars cheaper in union turnpike than Liberty ave. I now know where I'm getting my carvel cakes from here on out!

My worst experience ever on 09/20/2020,as you enter the store the employee ask to step out because of social distance, claiming they have a sign for only 3 people when they have 6 people in the store As i order my baby birthday cake one was 26 dollars and something and the other was 35 dollars and something the young lady charge me 126 dollars and change with no receipt,was in a rush when i exit the store n return bk few minutes she left shock oh her mistake and guess wht she didnt take the money out from the register she already hide the money up for her own used when you ask for supervisor or manager no one is available to talk with,the other guy tht was their with her, his excuse was oh she didnt check properly she had lots of customer i was like hell no just me n my sister was in the store n they sorry about tht Well i guess they rob alot of customer and people not checking Well my advice pls check ur change n calculate proper ppl
