Mcdonald's

Manager was totally overwhelmed with shear number of screw-up on orders. Ordered kids cheese Burger happy meal with chocolate milk. Didn't get a burger. Ordered a big Mac with no sauce. Got big Mac with no sauce or cheese or lettuce or anything but 2 small burger patties on a bun Extremely long wait to get first order the. Again to get replacement items.

This is for the staff member "Bobby": 2 days ago the battery in our car died. We asked a couple people for help but they wouldn't so I went inside and had to ask a staff member for help. Without hesitation, Bobby helped us jump our car immediately. It was not an easy job because the car was in an awkward place so there was a lot of moving the vehicle it wasn't just a snap of the fingers. But still he stayed out there and helped us until our car finally started. We thanked him up and down and his response was to say "if it ever happened again I would be there to help us! " There aren't that many good people around but he sure is one of the good ones. We truly appreciate your help! Bobby, If you see this please email us!

This McDonald's not fast and my burger was cold. It's sad they don't open the inside and don't want too. Drive thru while conveinent, I've notice prices have sky rocketed and more often than not, my order is wrong and cold food. This goes for McDonald's across the board. Just saying, it's not just this location.
