10 minutes for a double cheeseburger. I'm not going to particularly complain too much as I've usually had pretty decent experiences here, but that's a bit rough. I also overheard someone received a bacon double instead of a fish with no pickles. What?
Food was good when I received it, though. Like I said, I've usually had pretty good experiences with the place, and I wasn't particularly in a rush at the time. However, that shouldn't fly. As a former employee at another BK restaurant in the area, I know how important it is to keep a good track of time that people have spent waiting for their food.

I'm giving 5 stars, I think they were short staffed and the manager was manning the drive thru, he apologized for the wait since there was a line. The food was good and hot, very pleased considering the what the inside was dealing with.

The fries were cold and under cooked, the pop tasted nasty and I might as well have purchased the cheese burger from White Castle. The only thing that was good was the ice cream!

Arrived right after they opened the inside and had finished their spring cleaning.
I almost had to leave my shoes stuck to the floor.
The French fries seemed like they seen better days.

They had a nice 2 for 10 deal. Got the whooper and chicken sandwich. Asked for pickles on the chicken sandwich, to no surprise there was no pickles. Food was ok for the price. Also they are hiring starting out at 11 dollars a hour and you can be a manager for 13! So remember next time you want to ask for a manager they only make 2 dollars more a hour to deal with your BS.

It was really good and I was super duper excited that they have surge in the drink mixing device thing it basically changed my entire life forever. It smells kinda like wood in here, so that's good news for everyone that enjoys a nice WOOD smell while enjoying a burger or chicken or ice cream!

Cashier was very pleasant taking the order and giving our order. Didn't wait long for food. Would definitely go back with the AWESOME attitude!

absolutely astounding thoroughly mediocre. i miss the days when this was a cherished childhood memory. now it’s just dull hamburgers and skimpy chicken fries. the french fries were heavensent though, so i give it three stars.
