Mcdonald's

It's clean place with the same sits and tables like in Ukraine. This Macdonald's is really looks like another one in my city Chernihiv. I am doing research trying to find good coffee here like we have in Ukrainian Macdonald's. This morning I was not lucky. I paid for small cappuccino. It was something wrong with espresso machine. So, they made refund.

Gsr is my go to hotel in reno. It's the nicest outta all the other places I've been to.. me and my husband gamble so we get our comps from the gsr which is also very nice. We just came up for 4th of july, spent the day at the pool& watched the fire work show. The pool was crowded but fun! My kids also had fun and the fireworks were amazing. I live in CA unfortunately so we cnt watch fireworks shows, in fact I hadn't seen a firework show like that in over 15 years.. The hotel is clean, they always keep it up . Check in could definitely work on getting more employees, we stood in line with 2 screaming kids for over a hour to check in . Maybe 50 ppl in front of us and 2 people working. That was my only complaint for the weekend. I definitely reccomend the GSR and I will amways stay here whenever I'm in reno !

Wow. I think I can honestly say that this is the first time I actually sat and waited for 31 minutes in a drive thru for "fast" food. I am not exaggerating in the slightest, just to make them look bad, or something. I just made a 3ish hour drive to town, and have been starving for a while now since there isn't anything available until you actually get here to civilization, so I was a little bit disappointed to have waited so long. And with no acknowledgment, or even a forced apology. The guy at the window seemed a little flustered, it seemed like a stressful situation in their kitchen, not surprisingly. Maybe they were understaffed or something, who knows. The fries weren't totally hot, crispy, and fresh out of the dryer, but they weren't soggy, either. All in all, far from my worst fast food experience, but, given an option, I would certainly choose a different location the next time I get McDonald's in Reno.

Never allow walk ins, thier milk shake machine has been "out of service" for 6 months and your stuck with vanilla or nothing.... a HOST of problems. The staff is good and friendly. Love the chicken nuggets deal and mostly the food is decent. Maybe get the franchise owner to pony up some repairs. And open up to foot traffic like ALL the other burger stores.

The night crew is running a cash only scam. They round up the total, and I suspect pocketing the overage at the end of the shift. They also do not provide a receipt so you have no recourse with the complaint hotline since you need a receipt number for them to reference your transaction. To top it off, it's horrible service too! They handed me my food, no straw for my drink and before I could even check my order, they closed the window and walked away. Avoid at all costs!

Really not a good fast food place. Their credit card machine is rairly working, and are always asking to take cash only. Plus you can never walk in (seemingly) and the wait time is embarrassing for a mc Donald's. Sometimes the "24 hour" location is closed due to people not showing up to work? Idk just making an educated guess. The employees are also never wearing uniform, dirty looking jackets or just dressed like they just woke up. Bottom line, spend you money elsewhere.
