Thali

Food was delicious and well priced (the plate has free refills on entrees). Very kind and attentive customer service as well. This restaurant is completely vegetarian and offers vegan options as well. I'm really indecisive so I appreciate that they have the plate entrees picked for the day. Unique and delicious experience!

Thali was delicious!! Their roti is the best!!! The food was perfectly spiced and so delicious. I am vegan so I didn't try it but neither my daughter or husband were a fan of the sweet lassi. The location is awesome and it is in the same area as another vegan place(nom foods?) and a pizza place so their is something for everyone!!

Presentation was great and loved that it was served as per tradition. But I felt like every curry and side dish could've used an extra twist of black pepper or masala. The tastes are very mild compared to what my sister and I are used to, so that may be a good thing for some. But being a South Indian, it was kind of disappointing

Worst food ever!! Driven by so many positive reviews, we thought of to give it a try since I am pure vegetarian , it was not at all eatable. Look at my place, since I was hungry, I somehow ate dry roti and rice. I am surprised, how can the Indian people give positive reviews for such food, it tasted like boiled veggies with turmeric and salt, no Indian spices at all. This is not the place to taste authentic Indian food. P.S I want this criticism to be taken in a positive way so that they(Thali folks) could show the real taste of authentic Indian food.

A unique find in Reno: an Indian vegetarian concept without a menu, with a daily fixed menu of refreshing vegetable dishes and sides of tumeric rice and roti. The acidity and seasoning were perfect for us, and portioned well. We got the AYCE option and the staff even walked to our table to offer refills of each dish. Love it!
