Just Poke

Update: I sent an email to customer service, and they responded super fast with very nice attitude, and gave me a refund. I appreciate it a lot. ==== We used to really like this place. But it really messed up today.. We ordered two bowls, with $4 of extra toppings. But none of them were in the bowl. Not happy about this.

We were regulars at this place, we used to get at least 4 bowls every week. Last week my daughter (the most picky one of course) found a hair in her bowl and we had to throw the whole thing out. We didn’t get poke one week and when I went there two weeks later (just me and my wife) I didn’t want to bring this up so we paid and gotten two bowls. The.man my kids wanted poke as well and this time my wife insisted that I mention the incident. I did and the guy was very reluctant, he asked me why I didn’t mention it at first time, then said he can only give me a discount. He made me feel like a liar, I told home that I a regular but he Adi’s he can’t see my purchase history (weird, they have a system they track points) anyway when I felt this way I said please don’t give me a discount I don’t want it because you lost a regular customer. He was perfectly fine with this and let me go. I will never go here or any other Just Poke again because of this rude guy, who would lie for a $15 poke? Why would you make your customer feel this way for that? Is it really worth the $15 you saved?

The food is good but taking 3 stars because of the service. TLDR: avoid ordering online unless they improve that aspect of the business. When ordering online, they don't even bother to mark your order as ready so you know when to pick it up. I ordered 2-3 times and each time I waited 1+ hour until my order was "ready". After not seeing that update, decided to go there and ask for my order. To my surprise, it was ready a long time ago (imagine raw salmon being not refrigerated for 1+ hour! Customers can get sick from it). Another thing to note is that if they are out of any item, they don't update their online inventory. What they do is they give you an extra portion of another item in your order (according to them). If a side item is out of stock, they will simply leave a note inside your pickup bag and refund the money. Not the best experience. They can just call the customer, can't they? After reaching out to them, I got 2 gift cards to try them again. Attempt #1: my order was not marked as ready to pickup when it was ready. Attempt #2: since there is no way to leave a note order in their system (it is possible to have it since they use Square, but they just didn't set it up), I left a note in one of the items. The note said "please mark the order as ready to pickup when ready. If any any is missing, please call me". This time they did call me but instead of marking the order as ready to be picked it up, they marked it as completed. When you mark it as completed, the customer doesn't get a notification that is ready. Hopefully they can improve!

I order from this place on DoorDash every time I’m working at the Redmond town center! The ingredients are always fresh and it’s such a large variety that I get a different combination every time. The kimchi is especially amazing and I love that I have an option to put on extra! If they don’t have a side or dessert that I want, they do their best to replace it with something else I might like or just refund the price of that side or dessert for me. I always recommend ordering from them to my coworkers.

I absolutely love this place! My family goes to get Poké atpeast once a week and it is always amazing! The food tastes delicious, the portions are great (though I would always eat more if it was offered, that's how good it is 😉) and the workers are always kind. If you have not tried this place yet, stop reading and go try it yourself!!

I had a great experience here. Great service and clean space. You have a choice of medium or large. I got the large and it was very filling. They have interesting items that I have not found at other places such as scallops, seared ahi, and zucchini noodles. The zucchini noodle was nice but zucchini has a lot of water so it doesn’t as good as I thought it would. It has less flavors than most other places that I have been to but still very decent for the price. I would recommend that they consider making their soy sauce more savory and thicker. Beside from that, I like that they have infused water for free and that the place is very clean.

Always out of ingredients. I’ve ordered delivery here 3 times now and each time there was a missing item. I have had just poke in many different locations as well - this branch tends to have stale food too causing me to have extreme stomach pain and affecting my sleep the night of every single time. I would stay away from this location and go to the one in bellevue.
