Mcdonald's

I seem to can’t receive good service at this McDonald’s. Last week I stopped there and ordered a coffee with cream and sugar to realize once I pulled off they only added cream to change the color. I thought nothing of it. Now fast forward to today. I ordered two sausage McMuffin both were burnt and again I ordered a coffee but this time I asked for them to put my condiments in the bag and the girl at the window lied to me and said she put it in the bag again no sugar. They seem to can’t get the simplest task done. Don’t ask for sugar you will be ignored. Thanks for #%?!*? up my morning again.

7:30 an or earlier service is extremely fast and accurate. Food is fresh, hot, andpacked neatly. Staff could be more friendly in the a.m or take advantage of their own coffee options. Only problem was drive staff had on entirely too much perfume to where it was on my cup of coffee and bag of food and the scent traveled through my car. 🥴

So we went inside to order our food we ordered for to eat inside….they put it into a to go bag and also we were sitting at a table with a number tent thing and they didn’t bring it to the table they just yelled out like a 5 year old a random thing in our order not even our order number. Also they messed up 5 different things in our order. We ordered spicy nuggets got regular asked for no cheese on one of our burgers and they put it on still even tho I said I can’t have dairy. Gave us the wrong sauce for our nuggets. Didn’t give us the drink cups until we had to remind them…twice. Also the lady who handed me my food rolled her eyes at me. Never coming here again worst McDonald’s ever

I would first and foremost like to mention that I have only ever used the drive thru here, so I cannot speak on anything involving the inside of this establishment, but given my experience in the drive thru, I imagine its much the same indoors. The first and what would be last time that I visited this location I waited approximately 40-50 minutes in the drive thru. You might be asking yourself why someone would be waiting that long in a McDonald's drive thru line, but truth be told I wasn't in the driver seat, and well after all we were all pretty hungry after a long night at the casino. It was 10:30 pm or so on a Saturday and we obviously didn't anticipate waiting as long as we did. I will say that once we eventually got to the window where we had to pay, the employee working the window was very apologetic about the wait. That obviously didn't change the fact that we waited as long as we did, but nonetheless, he seemed to care a bit. Unbeknownst to us, the wait wasn't the worst thing we'd experience from this location. The food we received after our extended drive thru wait was subpar at best. Honestly, it appeared as though whomever was making the food (presumably more than one person) just had absolutely given up on putting the sandwiches together how they're supposed to. Beyond that the fries were cold, and very sad looking. As you can imagine it was even more frustrating to wait that long, and then to receive a very lackluster meal afterward. When all is said and done, I am not sure what exactly was going on when I stopped here, but I can tell you there are far too many McDonald's out there for me to continue wasting my time at a this one.

Don't bother ordering from this McDonald's. Save yourself the hassle and drive over to the McDonald's on Middlebelt. You'll get faster and better service. You place an online order here and they'll cancel it after making you wait nearly ten minutes for your order. Even if they fulfill your order you'll have to wait an extended period of time before they bring it out to you.
