The staff here has always been friendly and helpful. The food has been good. The only thing that has brought the rating down for me is the staffing issues that they and almost all fast food places are having. So it is hit and miss if they are open or not. So you might check in advance before you head there to fulfill a Roast Beef and curly fries craving.

Really good sandwiches and the service here is very friendly. Go online to sign up for coupons and deals - I used a BOGO sandwich coupon on today's visit. Smokehouse Brisket - full of flavor and not too salty which I worried about. Pretty filling. Would get again. Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon - really good! Chocolate chip mint shake - good, but didn't have as much mint flavor. Chocolate syrup and chips were generous but not a punch of flavor I expected. Mac & Cheese - no complaints on flavor. Very creamy. Not quite worth the price ($3) but nice as a treat every now and then.

Would give a zero if I could. Was in line for 40 minutes. Steak burger didn't have red onions and was disgusting. Curly fries were cold and soggy. Little black boy at the window was more interested in his phone than giving me my food when they deadlocked chick sat it in front of him. My roast beef sandwich was horrible and the little boy at the window had an attitude when I asked him for arbys sauce. One of the worst fast food experiences in have ever had in my life, and I'm 46 years old.

This was the last straw with this location.I came to try the new wagyu burger. I pulled to the speaker rude voice can I help you I ordered the combo they gave me the wrong fries the crinkle ones and the burger was horrible.I was so disappointed when I got home and opened the burger didn't look anything like the picture I had two chunks of lettuce one pickle and a lot of sauce 😐 They need to train their employees won't return

People that worked there say that they don't sever sandwiches 🥪 just combo's.. and they have you stay in the drive thru over and half hour to say that they don't sever sandwiches 🥪. But the bill board says they do.. So I left but not yet heard back from manger. They all so don't answer their phone 📱..
