In laboratory blood test , there is a senior nurse/ blood test technician, who has the outstanding ability and merit in taking blood from vein . I have had been treated in several hospitals in the country for treatment of breast cancer and each chemotherapy blood test is compulsory. It was painful for me in blood test laboratories when nurses took 5 or 6 attempts to get vain but in Ruby the senior nurse posted in laboratory is so efficient in taking blood for test in one attempt each time Fantastic . I appreciate Ruby Hall a clinic management for recruiting qualified professionals.

Visited Ruby hall clinic emergency dept with chest complaint. Doctor promptly performed all required diagnosis. In OPD, consulted Dr. PK Grant. He advised a few tests. Everything was done within few hours. Reports came normal. Dr. advised some simple medication. A good hospital with polite and supportive staff. .

Excellent service. Although there are too many patients but the care and service is not compromised. The staff in Ruby hall are so caring and friendly they will make you comfortable and you jaut don't feel like you are in hospital Alone. I did my MRI here and the process throughout was excellent Thankyou

Well behaved staff. But nurses should be well trained with intracath. And refund process should be fast. . Regarding treatment it is very smooth and very well care is taken. Overall very good experience and much recommended because doctors are very well experienced and they will explain you everything. Very minimum casualties. . Just hospital have to work on refund policy and nurses experience.. .

We experience great service in Pediatric ICU, best treatment , good staffs, Prudent doctors team, they are loving and so serious towards there work, we acknowledge service of nursing team as well, they sensibly follow treatment protocols for our child. Best hospital in Pune. My father had heart bypass surgery here and all facilities were amazing. Doctors and other supporting staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Hospital has maintained cleanliness. We are really greatful for hospital management for maintaining this hospital. My father is getting recovered now so we are thankful to hospital for treating him 🙏
