So the lack of the ability to read is one thing…but to call a Cobb salad a “Cobb salad” with 6 pieces of chicken and poorly put together is just annoying. I pay a lot of money weekly to every 2 weeks here for my family of four. Specifically through the app to avoid dealing with too many people…so someone explain to me how that despite what the receipt always says..half the order is always missing and my salad this time looks like the cook ate it than put the left overs in the bag? Drove all the way home to see that I had to drive all the way back to demand the rest of my order. Will NOT be back at this specific location until some training takes place..get it together.

After waiting in line for 40 minutes for our food we get home to cold sloppy burgers just thrown in the wrapper this is the worst whataburger I have been too no apologies for the wait or anything like it’s normal to be in a fast food line for almost an hour

Place is always busy, but I haven't ever seen it dirty.
It's your typical whataburger options.
Staff was a little slow at the register, but could have been new since most places are hiring.
Partons were patient and kind as well.

I’ve tried to be faithful to whataburger in Pleasanton but it’s just been getting worse and worse. I ordered A #1 with onions rings, waited in the drive through line for 40mins then when I came up to get my order they asked if I can Wait 5-6 mins for onions rings!! Horrible service, these pass couple of months whataburger has been down!
From now on I’ll take my business down the road.

Waited over 30 minutes for a #1 meal and an extra order of fries. I wouldn't have minded waiting but our whole order was cold. If you wait this long you would at least think the food would be hot.

My order was quick but one thing my shake is good but the fries I ordered a large order of fries and they look very skimpy and it look like a small order but I had already driving off I live in Dilley so about maybe 40 miles from here and I wasn't going to return back

Waited in line at drive through half a hr and if I dont check food befor leaving they all ways for get my onion rings wait another 20 just to get them
