Today i was helped by Daniel and personally if i was management I would highly consider giving him a raise or promotion. First of all, The food was outstanding, second Daniels customer service was outstanding. He was very friendly and even recommended various delicious items. Daniel was very professional and for that reason i will continue to be a customer.

Better than my expectations. food is in good price and taste OK. The cashier is fun and slip to the front. I like the historical photos shown in the store. My kid loves here.

Hehe, is it me or the KFC I got here in Pleasanton was better than the one I ate while in West Lafayette, Indiana. Hmm.

I don’t usually leave a review for a fast food restaurant but felt like I had to for this place. I went through the drive through and the person was extremely polite and responsive.
The chicken was hot and juicy. The fries were also fresh and hot. Everything was packaged beautifully with napkins and condiments. Really nice.

visited after they reopened recently, service was bit slow but friendly. The Place was bit small so it looks crowded and the billing line was till the outside. Food tasted good and fresh.

After the refurbishing this place is the top KfC business is so good that everything is fresh one time they forgot my cookie and then gave me 2 in return also very fast they almost always have what u want only thing they may run out of is large amount of this or the sauces one time hey ran out of buffalo sauce but the food is amazing very juicy and creamy

Not one item was less than the Colonel himself would expect! Over the last year or more, I had only dined at a KFC when in the neighborhood of the KFC/Taco Bell on Bascom and Nagley in San Jose while waiting for this store to reopen (even though I stopped dining at this location before it closed, as it was horrible). But this new location has my alternate location beat! I wish all KFC's were like this one. I can't imagine that this location will ever revert to the lack of quality I had experienced in the previous building. Thank you so much! The Colonel would be proud.

The food was great. I hadn't been to a KFC in more than 2 years. And I was not disappointed with the food. Danny was great with his service. He was easy to talk to, was kind and greeted us with a smile. He gave us good and fast customer service. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because it wasn't that clean. And the corn on the cob seemed pricy for just a small piece. But besides that everything else was great. Thanks Danny for your great service. Hope to see you next time.

Food was hot and ready quickly, worth four stars. Fast, courteous service, and good value meals worth another star. Tables were clean. The cashier even returned an extra dollar after I had miscounted.
