Pizza Hut

Terrible pizza. I think they are trying to save by not using adequate amount of ingredients. My extra chicken topping pizza literally will have 10-12 small pieces (large pizza) and they put very bare minimum cheese. I gave them try for 3 times and had same consistent (bad) experience. I usually buy multiple pizza per week for my team (at work).

Pretty pricey, for pizza made from frozen dough. I regret going here. Pizza hut was the worst choice I could have made.. Online, they were advertising "Wing Wednesday," but at this franchise, no deals existed. I asked for the menu, because there wasn't a menu on a board in large print. I asked for 16 wings, which was priced at 16.99 on their menu. The girl, yes "girl" because that's what she was acting like, charged it as two separate orders of 8 wings, at 9.49 each. I brought that up, and she was acting braindead. Still, I wouldn't go back. Also, it was two $$, not 1. Cost more than a place I know in Oakland that makes their dough fresh every night for the next day, as well as shred the cheese and mix their tomato sauce. Yeah, frozen dough here, and frozen chicken wings - I saw them pull it out of the freezer with my own eyes -_- Also, "no refund" even though they didn't make the stuff yet. I highly recommend that you NEVER go here. No... Nope...

I m not going to this place at all. Customer service is 0. First i call to order pizza at night around8:40. And he pick my call than he said can u please hold but he cut my phn. Than again i call and yamina pick my call and vary rude. When i go too pick up my pizza. And made with red sauce which i tell them i don’t need red sauce i need garlic sauce. Pizza is also 0/10 . So not going again this place. Thank u🙏

They scam me many times, i order 5 times every week and spent $60.00 to $90.00 due to over pricing. Deals are even worse. From $7.99 to $20.00 for just one damn pizza, and pizza are uncook, the dough was still raw, many times i have to put it back in the oven. I might has well cook it myself, it kust mot right. And what is hell is delivery-fees. I think thia just ridiculous pricy pizza that doesnt taking care their costumer. Sorry Pizza Hut i have been a loyal online costumer, i guess ill have to try other pizza place.

Service is terrible.Tried calling and didn't even understand the staff.Staff was rude and didn’t take me seriously. She thought we were prankcalling her because we sounded young, so she hung up after we told her we were actually ordering. We even gave her our phone number & address to deliver it to, and she still hung up on us. Not to mention the fact that she put us on hold for so long. We did not get her name, but she should really be more professional.
