Kfc

KFC is good food. I like the new chicken sandwich, if it's prepped right. I have no idea how you can screw up what I got. I'm in town working and stopped by. Lucky I stayed in the parking lot to eat. I'm usually down the road. What a chore to complain and no one cares. Understaffed and uncaring location today.

I was on a break and went to KFC because the McDonald’s line was too long. I ordered a two piece white meat with coleslaw and diet Pepsi. I got the two piece but got mashed potatoes and gravy and half of a biscuit. I went back they gave me the coleslaw and a biscuit, but they didn’t put any utensils or napkins in the bag so I had to go back again. There appear to only be 2 people working.

This location deserves no stars. Had 2 door dash orders earlier today, around 4:30 pm. No one was in the drive thru, no one was in the lobby. I was the only customer there. 5 employees including the manager all stood there and just looked at me. They were doing NOTHING, just talking. Finally one girl asked if she could help me. I said I had Door Dash orders. She told a couple of guys who looked at a screen, but they continued to just stand and talk. No one was cooking food, all of it was ready, just needed to be boxed up. Everyone continued to just stand around and talk. The manager decided to walk by me at the counter, she just looked at me and continued to walk to the back. I saw her stirring something, but everyone just continued to just stand and talk. Finally a young guy decided to start boxing up the orders. I waited at least 15 minutes while I watched all employees just stand and talk.I guess I’m from the older generation who were taught to actually work for a living.

Make a order online and told to come inside after parking in the specific parking place they tell you to park in then all the doors are locked and can't get anyone to come to the door. So now fit to go through the drive through to see if we can get our food. This is the second bad experience I've had at this KFC the first time the woman at the window said I could only order one meal. What the heck, it was me and my wife who were ordering food. What are you supposed to do order one meal then drive back around and get in the drive through to order the serving meal. Sounds like some workers need to be replaced with people that want to work.

Haven't been here in a while except last night & tonight. Usually because the service was a bit off & people sounded aggrevated to work there & to help you & the food had definitely been sitting for a while(been about a year or so) I feel compelled to review this place again with 5 🌟 because the attitude/service & food was spot on. Been scared to go for a while but I'm glad I stopped ! People definitely make the store & looks/feels like they got a good group now, I will surely be back 💪
