Cracker Barrel

Food was good and service was good too. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone who takes COVID seriously because they didn't do anything to manage the crowd in the store or distance people in the lines. The tables weren't spaced out and practically on top of each other. I would've given 5 stars for the food and service, but not taking COVID seriously is a deal breaker.

I ate breakfast here last week. Everything was good. The service was very good and everyone was wearing masks and being attentive. My pancakes and bacon hot and fresh. My hash brown casserole was cold but I didn't mind. My eggs cooked exactly as I ordered. All in all a good visit. I will visit again soon.

Went here recently with the family and couldn’t have had a worse experience. Evening manager was completely rude. Young guy on a power trip. Restaurant was out of three different dishes I ordered. Finally settled on a burger and when it was served looked like the leftover fries from a previous customer had been put on my plate. Sent back and said I was done. Manager tried to push another burger on me and made it super awkward when I politely refused. Will never spend my money here again. Based on the other reviews this location obviously has a lot of issues that need to be resolved from the top down.

Went for early dinner on a weekday, crowded but seated within 5 min. Friendly server, attentive & knowledgeable about menu items. My country ham was a bit overcooked & a challenge to cut. The turnip greens were average but the coleslaw was good. The cashier was friendly but really pushed selling items from their store.

The service was great. The food was really good except for the eggs; they cooled off a bit too quickly. But the reason for 3 stars - no establishment employee anywhere should 'remind' its customers about draconian measures like the useless masks. The fact that it was obvious they were told to do such, really makes me want to give them 2 stars! Just give it a rest...covid doesn't suddenly give you a break once you sit down at a table. Stop the nonsense!

My Son went in here last week when we visited the area. I was told I had to wear a mask in their establishment, even though I informed them I have a medical condition and won't wear one. "I know, but you still have to put one on. We are in a pandemic, you know?". Ummmm, no, I don't. I can take my money elsewhere, and that's what we did....we went a few miles up the road to another Cracker Barrel that we had eaten at the night before and had lunch without a problem. The store had people EVERYwhere. VERY crowded. This is the first Cracker Barrel where they have said anything...and we have eaten at them regularly since this whole COVID thing started. To say the least, I was disappointed.

The customer service I received on last online order was exceptional. I placed an order for an item that they no longer have. I received a call from Ashley (I think) to make some changes. When I got home the order was still incorrect. Ashley called me to acknowledge the mistake and apologize. I appreciate feeling like a valued customer cause she could have easily just let the mistake slide.
