We purchased a 16 piece fish and chicken family meal which is to serve 7 - 8. We received 7 fish and 5 chicken serving with regular sides not large/family. Most of the sides were out, limited in pick. Looks like management is not as allowing staff to make new batches after a certain time because they're trying to manage cost/waist. Unfortunately they are doing this at the expense of the customer. What a scam. Time to contact corporate office / Fed oversight and do an audit/store review. This store is located in Pharr, TX. Store is linked to a Taco Bell store number 018021.
In looking at the pic's please advise how I'm suppose to feed 7 - 8 with the amount shown.

Every time that we order on the drive-through there’s always something missing for example You can see on the receipt what it should have didn’t get enough frenchfries on either orders and no hush puppies As you can see on the pictures

gave me 5 shrimps instead of six. food wasnt fresh, the fish was soggy, and the fries were hard rocks. not worth it. go to a better ljs. this is a bad location

I went to Long John Silvers and the food was awesome. I ate the fried fish and shrimp platter. The hush puppies were warm and the fish/shrimp were delicious. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent.

I ordered the fish and shrimp combo last night and it was disgusting the fish was cold and hard shrimp was like biting into a ball of grease the fries were soggy as heck and the hush puppies were so hard I could've used them as marbles never again eating here

I usually like this place but today wasn’t it. I don’t know if it was because it was 5’oclock or something but the food was horrible 😭 Both hush puppies were hard as rock , and fries were so old and soggy

Everytime I come here my order is wrong and it's also missing something. So before you drive off look at everything first.

Super sloppy service, fish was okay but lacked crunch, hush puppies were undercooked and lacked flavor, fries werent salted and had no real texture...seems like theyve been getting worse with customer service....gave them another try Feb 11 21 no wings...after they advertised them so i got an L1 asked for extra tarter sauce...cashier said they didnt have any tartar sauce at all...how the hell u gonna sell fish without tartar sauce....they keep dropping the ball
