Went in on a Saturday around 6pm. It was not packed at all. The bone in wings were cooked perfectly. Fries were hot and crispy. The server was very nice and friendly. 4 stars cause the DJ had the music a little too loud. Keep in mind its still a restaurant and not a club.

The wings I ordered were covered in oil. The sauce nor the ranch would stick to the wings. All you tasted was oil. Managers aren't very nice here over the phone Nor in person. Next time, I'm just driving to the one in 10th.

Horribly slow, placed an order to go at 735p for 10 wings and 1 quesadilla. Was given a 15 min wait time. After waiting patiently standing up, I finally asked for a refund at 825p. Placed order for tacos at a place 5min away and they were ready when I got there. The"manager" looked clueless on how to refund me. She even made a snarky comment when I told her that they need to give more accurate wait times. She not once apologized.

Terrible customer service. ordered online. They don't have the burger I ordered and said they couldn't give me refund. I had to go pick something else or get talk to bank. Last time ordering from this location. Also ordered this wings with sauce and look at what they gave me 😂😂 ** should have read all the 1 star reviews **

The music was way too loud and horrible. They had games going on but all you heard was that garbage that was one of the employees favorites I'm guessing. The food was good but I ordered onion rings with my sandwich and I got 4 yes 4 onion rings, and to top it off they were the smallest ones in the bunch. The beer selection was not much also, the standard, bud light, lite, etc. The staff was nice though.

Very bad management. Waistress very nice, cooks extremely slow... waited an hour to get our food. We were a table of 6 and 3 of us ate already and we are still waiting for the other 3 to get served. Only offered us 1 dessert to compensate their bad service! Btw restaurant was not busy at all!!!!
