Siempre Natural

The food is good and fresh. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. There is plenty to choose from. And the thing i like the most is the fresh water available. Yummy. They have quick service since its mostly salads and soups but it can get packed so there might be a line. Other wise its a good place to go for a quick bite.

I have never had a problem with my order in any Siempre Natural until yesterday. I placed a curbside order for my mom and when my sister arrived to pick it up the order could not be found. She had to get off and they said, "oh here it is." When she opened the bag there was only a sandwich. She let them know that it was a complete meal. The cashier verified and gave her the drink and chips. The Pepsi given to her was flat so she had to throw it away. Along with the meal I had ordered a frozen yogurt, but when I called to ask my mom if she enjoyed the yogurt she told me no yogurt came with the order. Even after the order was verified they failed to include everything. I could not believe how bad this had gone especially since I have ordered so many times from their other places. I do not recommend using curbside for this location.
