Mcdonald's

I have never seen a more dysfunctional fast food establishment in my life at night. I workers were dancing in the back ground twerking. The cashiers are visibly high all the time and the place constantly smells of weed and booze. During the day the workers are competent but extremely rude and like to talk bad about people when they believe they don't know Spanish, if your gonna insult me at least do it to my face I don't care what language. Honestly I'm moving forward to reporting this place to the health dept cause I never seen anyone wearing gloves, hairnets, and any other type of food safety standards being practiced here. People go to a different McDonalds if worth the 5 extra minutes

You oder your food get it and the burgers are cold not even at times warm. They need to make them as ppl order them, they put them in warmers to save time, but to me it's not working, don't get me wrong, some are better than others, after all their franchises, so it's a hit or miss, they should had left it like they were, fresh hot right off the grill! That was Mc Donald's! Perfect every time.

I'm not certain how they received their permits by the city. Parking is horrendous with the drive thru line blocking the parked cars, and when someone is nice enough to let you back out, you then have to wait in the drive thru line to exit. The inside is clean and spacious. Remind the staff that friendliness goes a long way towards excellence in customer service. Strong leadership starts from the top. We were grateful for the freshly made burgers thus the 2 stars.

I understand that it gets extremely busy being that it IS a fast food restaurant!, but is this how a chicken sandwich is supposed to look? 🤔 Cheap on add ons, no napkins, no straw for my soda, and I had to ask for a cup holder!!! Spent close to $40!!! Seriously people pressure is part of your job! This isn’t the first time!!! ☝🏼🤨
