When we pulled in the drive thru, the lady had an attitude and was rushing us. Then when when we received our milkshake, the milkshake was completely melted and very liqudy. After we asked for a new one, they gave me a half filled milkshake. And the hot ham and cheese that I ordered had very little ham on it. The tea was also very watered down.

The manager was very rude and arrogant. The man has anger management issues. He was having words with another customer after being snappy and rude to me. At least 4 people walked out . we will not be back. My husband and a friend went
Through the drive thru yesterday and this same man told them you red necks are killing me in a very rude manner you will lose business with people like him

Paid $14 for a meal that was completely inedible. When I pulled the burger out of the bag grease poured out of the wrapper. The burger was swimming in grease, bun completely soggy. I was driving through and stopped for a quick lunch and instead was basically robbed for my money.

I stopped here when i went to Jville Fl.. Let me say this, the white boy that took my order at the window was the cooliest, most energetic person i've seen in fast food! My order was filled very fast and the food was hot!! I loved the experience here and when i go back to FL i'm stopping here again!! Thank You Hardees!! Oh, this is my favorite breakfast place!!!

Food is always good. But it takes forever to place an order and even longer to get the food. Definitely needs better management

No hash browns with the breakfast platter I ordered this morning. Plus it looks like they put an already cut biscuit in the plate. The biscuits are never precut for the platter. Makes me think it was a sausage biscuit someone didn't want and they just threw it in. The gravy had giant lumps in it. The biscuit looked like it had been stepped on. Poor quality control. Sad, because we order our breakfast here almost everyday. Never again.

On a road trip, pulled in to grab food and the VERY hostile woman working at 8pm, Tues 4/5, answered the drive thru with an angry "UGH.. WE'RE CLOSED".
It was 2 hours before closing, all lights including drive thru sign on. She said nothing else. Essentially a drive thru hang-up. Rude and unprofessional.
Avoid this location bc the reviews are HORRIBLE. Corporate should come in and replace them with reliable automation.

Was blown away by this place. stopped on our way home from trip. staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. place was spotless. food was scrumptious. manager was sweeping floor!! wish they worked here at our local Hardee's. was a great experience! give these folks a raise!!!
