Mcdonald's

It depends on the location but they either do everything great and take their time or they rush it and the food comes out badly. I've had super salty fries, completely unsalted fries, mushy tomatoes and (of course) an entirely different meal than what I ordered. However, I will reiterate that it depends on the location, some do a fantastic job and I appreciate the ones that do.

Theis is probably one of the worst McDonalds that I have ever been into! The staff could care less about waiting on you. They just tell you to use the kiosk to order, even if there are no other customers. They are very slow at filling orders and then ours was wrong. The only good thing about this McDonald's was how clean it was. Don't stop there! We gave them a second chance today after our first experience last week as we passed through but it wasn't better.

Wow this place took McDonald's dining to a new low. The front was trashed garbage everywhere and dirty tables outnumbered the cleaned ones. Simple order 2 big macs no cheese. Got 2 with cheese and the burgers were so old you could see the edge of the patty was turning to Jerry! I showed the manager the error (I was not being a Karen about it!) And asked for a remake and to please (yes I did say please) to use fresh ingredients. Her response is they will fix the order but the burgers had to be fresh because they had been busy. I did get my order without cheese however they burgers were if even possible older and dryer than the first ones. Costa I hope you are paying attention to the state of one of your stores.

Unprofessional, ghetto, and nonchalant. This is one of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to, was waiting in drive thru for awhile. No one said be with you shortly or anything. Went inside the staff is arguing with the manager. A group of five people standing around looking crazy. Just don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.
