I ordered 3 items. When I got home I realized that 1 of the items was not in the bag. I called the restaurant less than 10 minutes after leaving to tell them about the mistake and to return to retrieve my missing food item. It has to be that simple, I JUST LEFT! As soon as I said something was missing I was told "I will put my manager on the line." I was then transferred to a woman on a cell phone (that was driving) who asked me several questions regarding my order. "Did you order IN the store?" "What is your phone number?" "What did you order?" I answered all questions figuring that she was just confirming I had actually made a purchase. Nope! She accused me of lying by saying that I ordered directly from the store and NOT over the phone AND that I GRABBED THE WRONG BAG ... !!!! LOL !!!! Anybody that has been to this location KNOWS they have a TRAP DOOR and the cashier HANDS YOU YOUR FOOD!!! After making a huge stink about the whole thing I RETURNED all food and got a refund. AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT!! ESPECIALLY not over a $5 Appetizer!!! Y'all lost a loyal customer over $5!

Lets see . Ordering was fast and easy . Price was alittle above normal or average but not that bad . Delivery was above average 32minutes with a 12minute drive away so over all above average . Food was not messy or sloppy in delivery bag so thats a plus . For my 1st order here im actually ok with the order portions and temp of the food . Fresh looking veges and food is also a positive . But from my standards should be normal anyways .

Everywhere I've ever ordered chow mein, it comes with noodles but here it's actually was a celery vegetable soup. I didn't want to be a Karen and it didn't seem like they cared anyways. Turned out to be pretty good so can't be too mad. 😂 10.50 but portion size is pretty big. Dumpling soup hit the spot!

STOP supporting these businesses that DON’T like the type of people who live in that community. I will NEVER step foot in here again! The woman who runs the front was so completely disrespectful. She would not listen to what I was trying to convey and tried to speak “down” to me. The man came out and was rude as well. This is also not my first time experiencing them as rude. However, this was the worst and it WILL be my last.

Average to below average American-Chinese. Unlike most the negitive reviews I don't think the women that answers the phone and runs the register is rude at all. People just a little too sensitive to her attitude which is all business. The food taste very greasy. The boneless ribs are their best dish. The dumplings are their worst. They are always quick and also have great delivery service.
