We had a couple of the lobster and shrimp entrees with appetizers and the whole meal was phenomenal! Our server was attentive but not overbearing in disturbing our meals.

It's just not the same as it use to be back in the early 2000. Hardly anyone here even on weekend. We had about 15 glass cups on out table that were empty. Our order was mixed. Easily spent 2 and half hours total and 2 hrs of waiting for food.

I would like to compliment Shannon. She is 1 of the managers at your Pasadena, Tx location. My lady's group of 17 had our Christmas luncheon there on Wed, the 5th We were in the back dining room. Shannon had everything set up when we got there.
The service was wonderful 😍. The meals were all brought out in a reasonable amount of time. The food was hot and delicious. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Our wait staff was also very polite.
We thank Shannon and her staff for a very lovely afternoon.

Expensive as always. Drinks seem to have gotten smaller. Not a place to go if you're looking for drinks with dinner. It's like $5 a sip there. I only had margaritas (also $15) but this $15 last of wine was pretty

The food and service were awesome! Got the Ultimate feast. The lobster tail, shrimp and scallops were all very large. Everyone is so friendly and always make eating there enjoyable. Got takeout this time and didn't have to wait long. Had a delicious bloody Mary while I waited. Bartender was awesome as well

I love red lobster! The endless shrimp and crab fest is delicious. Jon is ALWAYS my server, if he’s not there I don’t stay. I’m a very particular person when it comes to dining in. And Jon always does a great job at being personable and suggestive.

We got a table inspite of the long line of customers in the lobby. My husband and I were served by a lovely lady, I apologize I can't recall her name. She prompted brought us our drinks and fresh out of the oven cheddar cheese bread. We ordered the calamari to start. We both ordered the endless shrimp meal 🍤. My husband really enjoyed his endless shrimp skewers. Everything was delicious! Service was excellent.
