Subway

I ordered through the app. Never again. What’s the point of ordering ahead when I had to watch her make my sandwich after she made three other people’s sandwiches who just walked into the shop. The woman was kinda mean to me even though I was just standing there peacefully waiting. On top of all of that, she gave me two less cookies than I ordered. Never using the app or going to this location again.

Showed up 45 minutes before closing. Only two bread choices: Wheat or honey wheat. Asked for it toasted but they had already shut the toaster down for the night. Not sure if management is requesting them to do this but a customer at 9:59 is still a full customer. Especially one that's there almost an hour before closing.

Walked in... NO greeting. Both ladies just glanced at me for about two minutes or so as I stood at the counter just chilling. One finally steps forward and just stands by the sandwich counter.. (oh, ok I guess it’s up to the customer to initiate talking here) While the employee fixed my sandwich she looked down into my food and spoke to the other employee (so she’s friendly... just not to paying customers) and I watched spit fly near my sandwich. Sigh. They told me the drink machine was broken so I would have to buy a bottled drink which would be an up charge from the meal I was purchasing. Aaaaand employee forgot to give me the cookie that comes with the meal. Double sigh. This is about the fourth awful Subway I’ve been in this year. I think I’m good on EVER going back to one. Do yourself a favor... go to Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mikes.
