Wendy's

Food was delivered. The fries were stale and old and cold. The chicken nuggets my wife ordered was cold and tasted stale. The only thing good was burgers that's it. When I called to let them know the lady on the phone was extremely rude didn't wanna hear what I had to say or complain about basically shut me down. This Is by far the worse Wendy's I have ever ordered from. Honestly I wish they had a negative 5 star rating cause that's exactly what they deserved!

If he would love to sit in line with some lady at the window stretches your back, rubs her hair plays with her face I don’t know what she does with her face but that was strange and don’t make your drinks while you’re sitting there. About five minutes waiting for your food manager comes over and her phone up to your ear and she gets an attitude because you asked for your drinks because you did not even get them. You haven’t even got your food yet and the girls doing nothing at the window but play with her hair pick her face don’t even wash your hands and the manager has a complete attitude or she must be the manager because she was wearing plain clothes and I had a phone stuck up to ear. That’s pretty bad service and your food was just sitting there at the window getting cold and a girl there could not even hand it to you.

This particular Wendy’s on this day. The burger was cold, just barely above room temperature. The soda machine needed recalibrated or something both sodas tasted a bit off. We went through the drive thru, girlfriend ended up going inside to try the soda machine in the dining room. The fries were good though!!

If you want your food the day you order it, this is not the place for you.. Slow is giving this place the benefit of doubt. At least 15 mins at drive-through. Finally got my food French fries were cold girl hands me my change drops half of it on the ground. Doesn't say a word not a thank you please come again nothing. Service horrible food not so good.

5/28/22 drive-thru: Took 3 minutes to have my order taken (1 classic chicken sandwich). Sat at window waiting to pay for a couple minutes more. Was asked to park and sandwich would be brought out to my car. Waited an additional 5 minutes before food was brought out. This is supposed to be FAST food! Chicken sandwich was burnt and cold. Restaurant only had 2 people in dining room and i was one of 3 cars in the drive-thru. UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I have lived in PC for about a month now and usually vist this location 1 to 2 x per week. Usually this Wendy's is pretty good but I had an issue in the drive thru my last vist. The guy working the drive thru was super nice and made sure he understood exactly what I wanted. I had a five year old and a dog. I ordered the $5 biggie bag with the JBC and asked for an extra patty on the burger. Then two small patties on the side plan no bun or anything. When I got to the pick up window I checked the JBC and saw only one patty, I explained i was missing a patty. The girl told me it was in the bag on the side. I handed the food back and asked her to please place the patty on the burger as I am on the go and trying to feed the child in the backseat. I did not want to touch his food in the car without being able to clean my hands. She refused and said they can't do it and I asked her again can you please remake it as this is not what I ordered. She rudely snatched the bags from my hand and threw them in the trash with lots of attitude. The manager Diane (who is always super sweet and has polite and appropriate conversation) came to the window to see what was going on. My order was made and Diane apologized and explained that they are not supposed to take food back through the window once it has gone out. I understood and can appreciate that, but girl at the window could have politely said this before and offered to just make what I had ordered and told me to keep what was already handed out. She even rudely apologized and refused to admit she was giving attitude. We all have rough days but her behavior was uncalled for.
