Kfc

This is the second time I have gotten food that is well below what would be considered edible. Guy did not give me receipt either. Honestly I am over it. Last time they messed up my order cooperate sent me a $5 voucher for an order that cost me 20. This time 17 bucks is now gone. They used to be pretty good, but those days are far behind them now. I am not rich. To me 17 Dollars is a lot of money and KFC was a treat for me. I can no longer go there. Not after today.

Ordered our food at 7:17pm and it’s now 8pm. There are two cars in front of me and nothing has come out of the window. When the driver behind me asked what was taking so long they said it was because of deliveries. They are packing to go orders and leaving those in drive thru just sitting here. Worst service ever. At least give a heads up when orders are placed. This is ridiculous!!!! So angry.

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD.Terrible service. Ordered food on the app at 5:11 and was told it would be ready at 6:20. Arrived at 6:20 and it was not ready. Checked order once received and had no biscuits. My order should have had 8 biscuits. I asked about my biscuits and was told they are out so they gave me cookies instead. I paid for additional Biscuits outside from the meal I ordered. Shouldn’t you ask the customer if they want cookies? Had to ask for a refund for the additional biscuits ordered. DO NOT ORDER THE CHICKEN SANDWICH. ITS TWO CHICKEN TENDERS ON A BUN. NOT HAPPY AND WONT BE BACK.

I was going out for the night on the evening of April 1st I had a taste for some KFC that was the worst experience I've ever had the chicken was extremely greasy soggy and tasteless when I bit into a thigh I want up I wound up with a mouth full of grease. The mac and cheese was okay and the biscuit was fresh. But waiting approximately 15 minutes I was extremely disappointed I will never eat Kentucky Fried Chicken again the worst😤🤢🤮🤮🤮 get it together KFC

This has to be the worst fast food joint in PC. On a Monday 11:30 I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru. I couldn't wait any longer, I went inside and the employee told me that they're only taking pickup and online orders only.. I asked for the manager and he said that the manager was at the bank, I asked him why couldn't they put a sign up saying that the drive-thru was closed. He said I wasn't the manager. I wasn't too happy and left. I will never go back to this place again.

I was there couple weeks ago. I never go back. Sadly some kids working there with no manager on shift and they are not respectful. I was trying to place order by servi car and another person on the back ( microphone)was imitating my voice and didnt let me finish. I told them, Excuse me I'm trying to place an order and he start to laugh so I say thank you nevermind and left. Thats not right,so disrespectful. It should have some adult supervisor every single shift.
