Captain D's

I ordered the shrimp skewers with mac+cheese and broccoli and a side of butterfly shrimp with a sweet tea to be delivered. The shrimp was so overcooked that it was black and crunchy, the side of broccoli was literally 2 cold small florets, the mac and cheese was basically a thin cheese sauce soup with a few noodles in it. The side of butterfly shrimp and sweet tea that I ordered were completely absent. I paid $20+ and the only thing that was right was the breadstick. I would not recommend this Captain D's until they manage to find a staff that cares. I keep on trying with them, but the last 5 times I have ordered, they have managed to either mess it up or conveniently forget to produce my entire order and I just could no longer keep my head down and try to be understanding.

Someone else needs to go in and manage this place the right way. It was about a 25 minute wait for 2 meals at the drive thru. No one was in line in front of me and only one car dining in. I ask for sweet tea and could not drink it for being pure sugar. My meal was not worth the money. We got the smallest skippiest piece of fish and they got the order wrong. Terrible service except a new boy they were training, he was very polite.

The last couple of times I've went through the drive through, my order wasn't even close to correct. If I would have thought to check the bag before I left, I would have gotten it corrected, but I shouldn't have to do that. I ordered the fish and chicken, with fries and breadsticks. I received 3 pieces of fish, that were luckily okay, with okra and broccoli. Hopefully the service inside is better.

Horrible food!! Not even sure what we were eating. Is it fish or is it chicken? Who knows. It's supposed to be fish! Was told our food was being cooked fresh. We pulled up to wait. (They were not busy at all) Called three different times to speak with someone at restaurant, noone would answer. Called an additional time, someone answered and hung up. Worst Captain D's food I have ever eaten in my life... If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I agree 100% with everyone that had something negative to say, as of lately this place has really went down hill! It's not busy it still takes 25 to 30 minutes to get it, no napkins nothing you ask for is there, the fish is to be cooked to order, sorry but its not, I really dont think they care about customers anymore, it's just away of making cash and they seem to hate even waiting on the customer, pretty sad :(
