Road-tripping to FL and stopped here for food, coffee, and restrooms. Food was hard to eat after watching the person in the bathroom stall next to us skip hand washing and proceed to walk behind the counter and start refilling cups. The expired apples for our oats was the icing on the cake. Can’t say I’ve missed fast food!

I've had a few hiccups here & there with my order being correct but we're all only human. Overall I've had great positive experiences here. McDonald's is & always will be my favorite go to drive thru!

Mcdonalds in Ozark needs to do better. Asked for extra pickles and they didn't put them on the burger. Tell them you need some extra pickles at the window and they charge you more for the extra pickles you already paid for but didn't get. Whoever is over this place needs to train their employees better. Last time they didn't even put pickles on it at all when I paid for extra. Do better Mcdonalds.

Apparently management has mentioned to employees to use at least the manners they should have been taught as toddlers - Please, thank you, etc. They're improving.

I mostly stop for a senior-sized black coffee and two hot, baked, delicious apple pie. The drive-thru staff keeps the vehicles moving. Thank you, essentials.

I found this to be not a typical McDonald's. Employees were very pleasant. Service was very fast. Very clean. Interior design was very not McDonald's...very pretty, modern.
