Cracker Barrel

Thanks for having the fire place lit it's so inviting and warm. Like being at the ole family homestead. Home cooked food fresh and hot cooked to your liking. Fresh ice cold lemonade. I would be proud to take anyone there. Keep up the great work everyone we will be back. I might add they are very covid friendly always wiping down.

I ordered food to be picked up curb-side for 3PM. I checked in online at 3:02 PM like it said to. I then waited approximately 15 minutes with no response or anything and then called. I then waited and waited and waited thinking maybe they were still working on it. I walked in at 3:45 PM and my order had been sitting unheated for who knows how long and was told that they got busy and didn't realize it was never brought to me. I wouldn't recommend doing curb-side pick up there unless you want to be forgotten and cold food.

The food and wait staff were excellent. Kelly S. did a great job checking on us and insuring we had what we needed in a timely fashion. I took a star away because the hostess did not do a good job fulfilling her job. Upon arriving we added our name and gave our cell number and were told we would receive a text once our name came up. It was raining and busy so we sat in our car to wait. We almost missed our seating call because the hostess said it was easier to just call out names and not send the text. We had just entered the building to use the restaurant when we heard "last call" for our name. If you offer texting then all hostess staff should be willing to send the text messages. Otherwise, we had a great experience and enjoyed Cracker Barrel's fish Friday special!

Nothing beats southern cooking, and great atmosphere! The food is always amazing, the staff ever so friendly, the environment clean and inviting. I love their breakfast menu, and the fact that you can order from it any time of the day. Their apple and cranberry braised chicken is mouth-watering as well.
