I ordered the club sandwich with a side of loaded potato soup! It was delicious and our server did a wonderful job keeping drinks filled. I would've given 5 stars but my friend found hair in her baked potato, and instead of taking it off her ticket or comping her meal, they charged her for everything.

Outstanding 3rd Street, Owensboro KY bistro. Varied menu embraces palates of various persuasions. Attentive and erudite staff bolstered by an engagingly helpful way.
Menu offers special pricing options based upon timing. Temperature correct entrees are table delivered in gentle progression..... there’s absolutely no feeling of being rushed.
Yeah, a for sure fav - Colby’s.

NOT FOR THE MEAT ENTHUSIAST: Got the 12oz prime rib, it was MAYBE 2 oz of actual meat...a good 10oz of i chewable FAT. Gross. I won’t be going back to a place that cut corners on their MEAT.

I was completely disappointed, how do you not even add seasoning to a simple steak?

How are you “out of pie” at noon?

Furthermore, whoever the lady is that answers the phone that took my order... an older sarcastic lady: rude, rude, rude.

Very friendly staff, Nathaniel treated us like family, food was to die for, fried onion appetizer is so delicious and the Hawaiian steak...there are no words :) My new favorite place to eat in Owensboro!
