Little Caesars

Messed up 2 orders 2 serperate times in a row. Made up 1st mistake right away. 2nd time called and was told would remake. It was a specialty pizza and they charged for it but gave us plain cheese.. Waited 10 mins to leave, get there and short staffed w only 1 employee working and it wasn't made so waited another 10 mins and went back in for it still not to be made so I told them just forget it. Still waiting for card to be refunded. Not employee's fault they were the only 1 taking orders, answering phones and cashing out.

Shot out to little Caesars! We had a terrible storm rip thru Ottawa the other day and they were one of the few places that were open and still had power. I’ll admit, I haven’t been there in a very long time due to previous staff and was iffy to try it now. I’m glad I did! Though the wait was longer, it was worth it. The gentleman at the register was not only friendly, but had us all laughing even though it was a rough time. I could tell that they were short handed, but my food was very fresh and shockingly good when we got home to sit in the dark and eat. I went back the next day because my wife and I really liked it and the gentleman again took my order. He even remembered me from the night before which is impressive. This little Caesars has won me back and the quality is finally back where it should be! Kudos to them for the hard work! The new owner is doing things right! I recommend everyone to try it out again.
