Arby's

We drove all the way from Montreal to try some Arby’s. Montreal is seriously missing out. We went a Sunday afternoon but only take out was available (I think they had issues because of the previous day storm). The menu is kinda overwhelming but provides different options than the typical fast food joints. I had the loaded fries, the chicken bacon swiss burger and some nuggets. Everything was delicious. Oh and the drive-thru employees were amazing. Anytime I’m in Ottawa I will go for sure.

Arby's although being fast food, really falls short of anything worth spending money on. The only reason I am holding back on a 1 star rating is due to the staff that do a decent job. As for the food however, you'd have no reason to eat at Arby's other than to say you tried it. My main issue with Arby's overall is how as a sandwich business they deliver below the minimum standard of what a sandwich could be. Yes it is fast food, but the majority of people could make a better sandwich at home with little effort. Arby's ingredients are poor. The menu is uncreative, and honestly unappealing. I near guarantee, the average person will leave after eating a Arby's meal looking forward to eating anything else. That is the brutally honest truth. In the end, I insist you go to just about any other fast food chain recognizable if you're looking for a quick and chap bite. Cheers.

There isn't an Arby's near my town so whenever I am near one I stop. Great fast food chain that serves deli style sandwiches. The go to is the classic beef and cheddar sandwich (served on an onion bun). Their curly fries are the best out of all the fast food chains. The Arby's sauce is a must as both a topping on the sandwich and a dipping sauce for the curly fries. The traditional Greek Gyro isn't bad either.
