Apparently they were a little overwhelmed from an bi earlier crowd for breakfast. They six minutes behind waiting for bisquits to come out of the oven. I'm glad they let me know so I could order something that would be ready quicker. God's service and I got an "extra" for my inconvenience Thanks Krystal.

I have to say I am a Krystal's lover. First time eating at this location they were a little off there game. We ordered 20 Krystal cheese's and they were very inconsistent. Some had way too much mustard others had onions going everywhere. Some were put together well and others had the meat hanging out one side. You would think that they could build their signature sandwich perfect every time.

Tried the all you can eat for 5.99 Krystal burgers and fries. It was really good. They give you a sign to put at your table so they know you want more or that you're full. Very attentive for a fast food restaurant. Would come back again. Food was fresh and hot.

I love Krystal's. I grew up with them and they have become my comfort "go to" food. This location is AWESOME. Their workers are very friendly and polite. The restroom was clean and well stocked. The large dining are was clean and orderly. The food quality was EXCELLENT and the fries were HOT. The service was a bit slower than usual but again they were apologetic for the delay. Seemed a bit understaffed. But their polite response and above average quality more than made up for the delay.

The folks here bent over backwards to provide great customer service during my visit.They applied coupons I was unaware of that saved me several dollars. My food was hot and fresh. The taste was amazing! The parking area and drive thru were both neat and clean. I strongly reccomend you stop here and give these folks a try.

Great food. Love Krystal's. Had one back home when I was a kid and it's been closed down for a long time so when i moved here and learned there was one right up the road from me I was so excited and they have not disappointed me yet. Staff is always friendly no matter what time I go. The only reason for not giving five stars is that the restaurant really needs to be remodeled. But other than that I love it!

I don't get there as often as I would like. But love their Krystal burgers. Restaurant is clean and servers are friendly and quick to wait on you. Since I am from the midwest they remind me of a restaurant very similar to this one that was up north. Will go back.

We always go here right after the lunch rush. Employees are excellent with service. Most improved since last spring. (2017). Food is what you expect at a fast food place. Don't know why people complain about not having healthier choices. You don't come to a burger joint for a salad. Duh! Keep it simple.

Not many people here. Don't think that is a bad thing, because I don't like to be in a food establishment where "parents" cannot keep there children from being rude.
Considering the time and today is Sunday, alot of people are still in church.
As for what I ordered, the spicy chick is not all that spicy. The taste of everything I ordered was satisfying.
The staff was pleasant.
For having hardly any customers present, it took too long to get my order to me.
