Yummy House

Everything our party of six ordered was outstanding and delicious. We celebrated our dearest friends birthday turn 70 years young. We all had something different to eat which we would come back and order again. Thank you for making our evening wonderful. 1. Orange Chicken 2. Kung Po Chicken 3. Mongolian Beef 4. Sweet and Sour Chicken 5. Salt and Pepper Tofu 6. Sesame Chicken 7. Chicken Lo Mein 8. Crispy egg rolls 9. Pan fried potsticker's 🥟 10. Birthday dessert 🍨

They have the most authentic Chinese cuisine in the area. I've tried many, but they don't even live up to the American version of Chinese cuisine. I know, I'm from New York City. Not everything they make is going to ring your gastronomical palate, but I recommend their spicy XO spareribs which is the most tender meat since it is close to the bone. Their fried rice, unlike most American Chinese restaurants is not made ahead of time. Also, on weekends, from 11:30 - 2:30 pm, they have Dim Sum, little plates of foods made freshly to order unlike NYC where they have all the foods prepared ahead of time and wheel it to every table by cart. Although you get to see the food, Yummy House also provide you with pictures of what they look like before you order. They are my favorite Chinese place to go.

The food here is really tasty with well balanced flavors and just the right amount of veggies and salt. I've had five different clay pots so far, all presented well and delicious. I was in the mood for a spicy meal and ordered the fish and eggplant clay pot... It didn't disappoint, it was really spicy 🔥 I do recommend for those brave enough to take the heat: I would say it's like a Thai medium hot for comparison.

Best Asian restaurant in Ocala Florida 🍜! Their name says it all! Yummy yummy 🤤😋! We have ate here a number of times and always make a point of stopping in if we are in the area! Don't miss this particular location, especially if you have tried other Yummy House locations, this is by far the best of them all.

Love it. There are at least 4 couples that we know of that went there for the 1st time because of our recommendations and are now regulars. Many of us have gone more than one day in a row, and we’re all around 20 minutes away. A couple of times I’ve even told the server (manager?) to just pick something unusual for me. I think they close a couple hours in the afternoon, check their hours before going. But, go whether you like normal/good sweet and sour chicken type stuff, or more exotic stuff. I’ve heard they have good Chinese beers. Add the chicken fried rice if you order something with rice. All of their employees have been good. BUT, there are a few that have been there for years that know the art of being super hospitable without taking up your time. Somehow, a couple of them recognized and remembered us before we recognized them. The food usually comes really fast too, even when they are pretty full.
