Wouldn’t even give this 1 star but u have to to give a proper review so let’s just say I ordered a quater pounder from here today and it was raw in the middle this isn’t the first time this has happened at this same McDonald’s pretty sad how lazy the staff is there half the time they can’t even get the orders right probably won’t be visiting this McDonald’s anymore

This is the craziest McDonald’s, need better management. They have the best Diet Coke out of all the McDonald’s I’ve tried in the United States, but over the last few months 75% of the time they do not get my order right. Including minutes ago as I pulled out the drive-through, but McDonald’s has Such a hold on fast food America, they can keep messing up my order and I’ll be back in the drive-through a couple days later. I’ve probably donated a good hundred dollars in screwed up orders and missing items, but again I keep coming back. Whoever the franchise owner is of this property, you really need to get your management into shape, your employees will lead by example but apparently the management is not up to par.

Just went up there order was very simple 4 mighty kids meals with tea, 2 sprite and a coke and one Big Mac meal with a Dr Pepper. Girl kept ringing up 4 piece meals got to window tried to fix it and the guy at window didn’t under stand I wanted and I plan my stated 4-6 piece kids meals and he didn’t know how to fix it so I was like whatever and then they only gave me 4 drinks and not 5. And got it home for the fries to be cold like not cooked cold. Called up there to speak to manager and he was sorry about your experience but there is nothing I can do about it and hung up. Will be calling corporate when they open!

There are many really bad McDonald's stores in Triad area but this one is definitely the worst. If your order have more than 3 items, you have 50% chance to get the wrong items. If there are more than 6 items, 80% chance to have some items missed. If you have to buy from here, strongly suggest you check your bag before you leave the drive through pick-up window. The management is so terrible and service attitude is so rude. Never apologize for any inconvenience to their customers due to their mistakes. Now I totally give up to visit this store anymore. Save your life by keeping yourself away from McDonald's. They have no idea what is customer service and no respect to their customers at all.

Was not greeted...was completely ignored. So I placed a order on the computer they have and grabbed a table number and had a seat. They did not bring out the food just called out my number. Got to the front and the order was wrong. Had to wait longer just for someone to even notice I was trying to get them to fix my order. They may have dressed up the building but it's still the same horrible service we expect from McDonald's.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Staff is horribly incompetent. Order is never right . Went on a Saturday morning wanting to get coffee and they claimed they were out of mocha . So we pick something else then they said the whole machine is broken . That’s McDonald’s code for “we are either too lazy or too busy to tend to your needs “ . Will not be returning . Management needs to do better !!!
