Dunkin'

I would have gave them no stars if I could.. I wanted to buy a DD Apple Cranberry Coconut Refresher. I told them I didn't want any ice. So, they wanted to charge me an extra $.50, because the ice is the replacement for the Coconut milk. They want to fill the entire cup with ice and then give you a 1/4 worth of drink. Then they want almost charge you $5.00 for it. They can keep it. I won't be going back there. Shame on you DD!

The good: it's open 24 hours. The bad: they don't get donut and bagel deliveries until breakfast time, so unless you just want a drink, it's a wasted stop and you're better off elsewhere. Otherwise, it's a standard Dunkin, with free WiFi, semi-stale donuts, and decent (but not great) coffee. EDIT; apparently it’s okay to jump the kind of you’re friendly with the staff. Joke is on you: I would have tipped, that guy didn’t. Luckily you can’t swing a dead cat around here without hitting a half dozen Dunkin locations- others are only minutes away.

The reason I give him one star is Your customer you need to use the bathroom and they don't let you and they make an excuse for employees only. What happens you have two kids that need to go to the bathroom what they do. They're lazy didn't want to clean the bathrooms every hours like it should be done. I will never come here again

I order a toasted bagel w. Cream cheese and strawberry jelly. The bagel was not toasted (i can deal w that. But the bread felt like eating gum. It was so hard it literally made my brain hurt of trying to chew it. Barely put any cream cheese on it & some jelly. First time im disappointed in a DD for something that doesnt require much science. Never again. (Hot chocolate was delicious however) just wouldn't go back there personally.
