Starbucks

The servers are super kind and have great attitudes, but honestly, this Starbucks is constantly running out of stock of things from the menu, and has gotten my drink order wrong on at least 3 separate occasions. In addition, even when the line isn’t wrapped around the proverbial block, service is slow! Maybe it’s better if you eat inside? Idk.

The mango dragon fruit lemonade drink was good as well as the egg bites but I got my sister a cold brew with oat milk. She was about to drink when we found a piece of hair in her drink. We were mortified and felt horrible. I went out and got her another drink. Never going back to that place. Only gave a star each for my drink and egg bites.

The worst Starbucks experience ever. I waited for 10 mins at the counter and no one showed up to ask me what I wanted. I left the store soon after… defiantly would not recommend if you’re meeting someone or want to just have a nice cup of coffee. The experience and general vibe was off and not the greatest of places.

This location needs to retrain their staff. Ordered 3 drinks together at the register and they came out 10 mins apart with others drinks in-between. Another visit with reusable cups, I only noticed after that they didn't apply the discount and bonus points when I handed her my reusable cup. She asked if I wanted my coffee in the cup, I said yes, I'm bringing my cup to reuse.

I placed a mobile order. And I arrived at the suggested time. I noticed another customer I knew also picking up a MOBILE ORDER. My drink wasn’t there. I waited about 15 minutes, and realized it wasn’t busy so it should be appropriate for me to ask about my order. The lady at the cash register was so rude. “oH wE tUrNeD oFf mobile ordering” How was I suppose to know that. When I explained yeah but the app charged me. “Oh just tell me what you want” I wish she would have, or any of the other employees that just watched me stand there, have told me. At that point I was already late for work, so I told her to just forget about it.
