Forest Buffet

It was just a wonderful experience at Forest Buffet. With less than $40 per person I can’t tell that much big difference compares to Caesars Palace at Las Vegas. Server was always there cleaning your empty&dirty plates... I’ll be back! Oh, and they do have a fast line for Diamond members. Caesars rock!

Okay, the views are great but that's it. You're paying for the view because as far as the food and the selection on the buffet, it's barely average and not different from what you'd find on any all you can eat buffet, in fact this one offers fewer items than what I was expecting. I was there for a Sunday dinner and there was no steak, no shrimp or crab legs, not a good selection of fruits, no Asian food, no Mexican food... If you are expecting a great buffet, go somewhere else, if you want the views and the experience then this is a good place.

Visited friends in Tahoe and they took us here for the Friday night seafood buffet. Our friends get a local discount which makes the buffet a very reasonable price. We waited in line for 15 minutes to pay and be seated. The restaurant is very large and seats a lot of people. We mainly came here for the all you can eat crab legs and shrimp. You can't find a better seafood buffet in Tahoe. Service is phenomenal.

Great Experience at Forest Buffet Lake Tahoe. Very nice buffet with a great atmosphere and view. The staff is always very nice. Very good food also weather it is for brunch or dinner service. The food is upscale with the prime rib and there steaks. Very good variety too as they have a salad bar and the menu changes day. Great buffet all in all
