There were 2 windows..one to pay, one to give food..I sat at the pay window but no one was there.. finally I moved forward only to find out that they were taking payments and giving the food at the second window. I did suggest that they put a sign out so others know that at certain times they need to move ahead. A simple hand written sign saying "next window" would have been helpful
