Watermark Grille

I've been a regular at Watermark Grille for years, consistently impressed by their outstanding food. But it's their customer service that recently left me profoundly impressed. A few weeks ago, I encountered a hiccup while ordering online - my payment was processed twice. Concerned, I immediately contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Flo. Despite it being a busy Friday and the order processing company being closed over the weekend, Flo assured me he'd handle it first thing Monday, and to please let him know if I don’t receive the refund back to my card. True to his word, the issue was swiftly resolved, and I received my refund promptly. What truly stood out, however, was my most recent order. Inside my bag was a personal note from Flo, inquiring if I had received my credit back. This thoughtful gesture, especially in today's fast-paced world where personal attention is rare, was genuinely heartwarming. It's not just the quality of the food that makes Watermark Grille special; it's the exceptional care and attention to customer service, exemplified by Flo, that truly sets them apart. #FloTheBest

Have lived here for years and years and have never been. We spent our evening at Watermark last night and it did not disappoint! Tina, our server was such a delight! Friendly, knowledgeable, and so kind. The right amount of checking on us! Great recommendations! The chicken livers were delicious and took me back to being a kid with my dad as chef! Super option if you like that! The atmosphere is wonderful! Do not change a thing!

The restaurant is well ran with great service. Family owned and operated. I enjoy the saganaki display and presentation. The food is always great no matter what i get and the restaurant is very clean. The kitchen is fast and the bartender makes the drinks fantastic. The bar area is a good spot to wait while the restaurant is busy. Tables down stairs towards the middle have a nice little waterfall view. The desserts are also good.
