Mcdonald's

I went for breakfast around 8 am on 12/20 and the manager (I think his name was Brunemario) was super super helpful and friendly. There was an issue with one of the kiosks, but he made sure my order was correct, out and ready, honestly faster than any other McDonald’s I ever been to. Really stand up guy in the short time I was there: he deserves a raise!!

I had a very nice experience at this McDonald's. I was having my car serviced and wanted breakfast so I walked to the restaurant. It was 27 degrees out but the place was warm and inviting. The restroom was clean and well stocked. The order kiosk wasn't functioning but the counter person was very helpful and friendly. The staff seemed to be having a good morning with lots of lively banter and occasional laughter. None of this activity took them away from their duties and their service was exceptional. The food was everything I've come to expect from McDonald's. Overall, an excellent experience.

Ok McDonald's this man right here can change the way your reputation has became. He literally asks if I need help if everything is ok and how was it. He takes the fast food character outta of fast food he cares communicate with fellow workers I came back cause I knew the order would be correct this is too McDonald's we pay for our food and want it correctly but take a lesson and this young man needs to show the world how it's done with a smile. Thank you

Was on way to help a friend out and wanted to grab a quick bite. Well of course holding true to the McDonalds drive thru "please pull around and wait for your order!". Why bother having a drive thru if you pull every car? You may as well be a car hop! Well at least when you got Sonic you know what to expect.
