Ruby Tuesday

The food is good, the service is good (mostly), but this place needs a serious deep cleaning. We ordered from the 2 for $22 menu. We had the spinach artichoke dip with chips for the appetizer. I had a Classic Cheeseburger with fries and my husband had the Endless Garden Bar. The food came out quickly, was hot, fresh and tasty. Our waitress did a fine job, but there was some confusion at the hostess stand when we arrived when the person assigned to seat us walked off and left us without talking to us (which was a bit awkward). In spite of that hiccup, the service was fine, the food was prepared well, the portion sizes were sufficient, and the value was excellent. The only serious flaw with this restaurant is a general lack of cleanliness. There is a musty smell as you enter (sort of like old mop water). There is dingy carpeting throughout the dining area with specks of debris visible. There were a couple of spots on our table that were missed by whoever was assigned to wipe it down. The women's bathroom was smelly (urine) with the trash overflowing. There appear to be quite a number of employees working (which is unusual for most restaurants in our area due to staffing shortages), so I am not sure why they have not tackled these sanitation issues. Some of the interior fixtures are worn. The exterior of the facility is worn with dirt and green algae visible on the surface. Because of these sanitation concerns I will probably avoid this location in the future. Update 2/11/22: the restaurant is MUCH cleaner. The service is better. The prices are a bit higher now. Overall, this restaurant has improved. I now recommend this location.

My expectations were quite low. I had not been to Ruby Tuesdays in quite some time. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Asiago Chicken and it was OUTSTANDING...And the salad bar was equally surprising. The service was good and the price was reasonable. Portions were also generous. If you are in Moss Point and have an appetite, I would highly recommend stopping.

I lo e their salad bar. But they were out of a fee things on.the salad bar and no salad bar dishes... but yet they were hanging out behind the bar talking to each other. Furthermore, I stood there at the bar for a few minutes before the acknowledged me. Our server was nice... but didn't refill our drinks. The food was okay The salad bar GREAT!

Never plan to go back. Horrible service and the steak I ordered looked like it was just barley warmed.. the plate was a bloody mess and sat on the table, ordered med steak. My kids waited for a refill that never came. Had to find our condiments from tables near by. Sad that I paid 68$ for that meal. We left and drove though taco bell for drinks. Left a 2$ tip for that two mins of the servers time. Unpleasant atmosphere from the start!

First time at this Ruby Tuesday's in this location and a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant especially being in a time that we're going through viruses and being unsure about our future. One of the pictures that I posted are of the spoon that was given to me to stir my coffee and what I wiped off of the handle of the spoon. The other picture was of my wiping down the table with one of my cleaning wipes. Although the burgers that my sister and I ordered we're pretty good it will never outshine the filth that we had to deal with. We gave it the two stars just for the burgers. Really sad when we have to face reality like this.
