Passing through on our way home to Texas, they didn't have chicken but I was ordering famous bowls only. So no problem. Fun and friendly team of employees. It was a pleasure 🙏 meeting them.

I went there last Thursday & the service was great. I ordered the same thing I did yesterday.. a 8 piece meal.. there was a different manager evidently. My rolls were hard, didn't bother separating them, mash potatoes & corn was filled less that have way. No napkins or eating utensils. Really poor customer service. I WONT GO BACK AGAIN

Very unprofessional management at this location. The food isn't good at all and all the cashiers have attitudes. Like they don't want to be there. This company should really shut down this Moss Point store until you can find better staff.
My daughter worked here for 2 days. They clocked her out while she was in the office doing her computer work. So she won't get paid for working. They weren't in uniform and The manager Lisa stated she would shoot everyone in the store. It took everything in me not to go up there with the police. I have been a manager for the past 10 years and this is not customer service or is it professional in any way.

Purchased a 10 piece dinner, got in the car no biscuits, got home 5 chicken breast at the bottom of the bucket after I asked for certain pieces for $40 dollars you shouldn't have be able to get what you asked for. And the cashier was extremely rude to the older white man behind me. 😒

Decided to go through drive thru since no one seemed to be in the line or inside the lobby, yet the location was open. (Probably for good reason) When ordering, there would be a wait for some items even though absolutely no one was ahead of us. In addition to this, after ordering one item, the employee seemed to just disappear from the mic and did not respond back with a "give me one moment" or "I'll be right back to continue your order." After several inquiries if anyone was listening we decided to drive away after about 5 minutes of unresponsive and awkward silence. Only after we finally drove away did we hear a faint "hello, yes, what would you like to order." We had already started our order and were kinda tainted of appetite for chicken at this point. Not sure if it is the pay or work environment, but it seems employees are very unhappy and unwilling to perform. Might need to tend to your employee morale, Corporate...

Got there at 4, they didn't have any tenders which wasnt a big deal. Ordered a 16 pc with 2 mashed potatoes and gravy and 2 macs. I got there on shift change, apologized and was very patient. Waited a few minutes for them to bring me my food. I didnt realize that only one gravy came with the potatoes and asked the lady outside about it. I also mentioned that the gravy looked like broth, she offered to get her manager and I told her no thats fine, i'll just order some more. So I go in and wait for someone to acknowledge me at the counter, nothing. So im standing there with my card and bowl of broth, prepared to pay and ask them if thats how the gravy is supposed to be now. A few moments later, another lady comes up, drops a bag in front of me and says it only comes with one and walks away. No one says anything else to me so I left. I get home, the potatoes are still powdered and the macaroni is hard. So I feel its safe to say the food and service are horrible. 100 percent do not recommend!

Slow had to pull up and wait 20 min for food ( I watched the clock so not an exaggeration), cold, no condiments in bag, they also did not ask if we needed, anything as the y gently tossed the food bags at us.

Ordered 2 breast meals in crispy. Got to window was told they only have original. That was fine. Paid for it. Then tell us no breast at all after we paid. We asked for refund cause the kids dont care for dark meat so we didn't want it. The lady snatched the reciet out my husband hand. Then with an attitude slung the money back to us. The girl that took order was nice but the 1 who done refund needs to get that attitude in check. Was not our fault we paid thinking they had food. Completely ridiculous.
