I just wanted to make sure the location gets credit where credit is due. I selected an order for delivery in the app and added my items. I had to keep editing the items because everytime I changed one thing, it took away what I did before and after all was said and done somehow I ended up with a pickup. No biggy, I picked up. Then when I got home my sandwich was missing its lettuce and cheese. I called and explained and they offered to make my sandwich and deliver it. I was semi frantic on the phone as I'm an emotional 9 months pregnant... I wish I would have gotten her name but the gal on the phone was super understanding about my issues with the app and just was wonderful! THANK YOU for the remedy and putting the cheese on this pregnant lady's sandwich even though I technically wound up not paying for it with the edits on the app. Again thank you, to the gal on the phone, the manager, and the gal who drove my sandwich. I appreciate you!

Never get the order right. Too focused on making it before you even finish talking. Snooty teenagers making faces at you. Plus they keep pulling the inside bread out everytime, even when you tell them not to! Fyi that is a special option not a standard! If you want a sandwich made the way you want it go to Subway. Hate to say that as I prefer Jimmy John selection better.

Stopped in for a quick lunch on our way through town. Ordered 2 sandwiches, one for myself and one for my son. I know they advertise being very fast, but at times, being too fast hurts the way things are done. In this case, both of our sandwiches were very sloppily put together and the tomatoes on our sandwiches had an off taste to them. The restaurant was in bad need of a clean job. Bathroom was disgusting (coming from a farm guy!)

For those of you attempting to not contract the COVID-19 virus by ordering subs for delivery, be aware at the Monroe location the staff are working shoulder to shoulder without masks or barriers. Customers (also unmasked) are ordering, waiting and eating in the booths inside that tiny narrow area. I was told "it's business as usual." So if you're thinking your delivered subs are made in a place that's making attempts to prevent the spread of the virus, you would be wrong. Remember one of the funny signs inside the store: "Free Smells." I hope they've added one more: "Free Virus" with every order. Needless to say we did not enter the store. I won't be back. A business who disregards safety during a pandemic makes a lasting impression. In February 2020, JImmy Johns as a company (not specific franchise) was identified by the FDA as knowingly using contaminated vegetables. Be safe. Eat safe.

My boyfriend and I went in and ordered 2 huge subs and the lettuce smelt off but although we ignored it. Then we ate a couple bites and the lettuce was crunchy and tasted weird. I ended up taking off the lettuce on mine a couple bites in. Although he kept eating until the last couple bites and now a couple hours later he doesn’t feel good and we think he has food poisoning.
